Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California consumer, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“Act”), please be advised that E-Volve Systems, LLC does not currently meet the regulatory thresholds of a “business” as that term is defined under the Act and therefore is not required to comply with the Act.  Regardless, all Personal Information will be processed in accordance with this Policy.

Other than as disclosed in this Website Privacy Policy, the Website does not track users over time and across third-party websites to provide targeted advertising.  Therefore, the Website does not operate any differently when it receives Do Not Track signals from your internet web browser.

Pursuant to California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83), E-Volve Systems, Inc. will not disclose or share your Personal Information with third parties for the purposes of third-party marketing to you without your prior consent.
